Note About Encrypted Content
We cannot access your encrypted journal entries. If you're having issues with specific entries, we can only help with technical troubleshooting - we cannot view or recover your content.
Common Support Topics
Account Issues
- Can't log in: Try resetting your account password (not vault password) via the login page
- Email verification: Check your spam folder; request a new verification email from settings
- Account deletion: Go to Settings > Delete Account, or email us for assistance
Vault & Encryption
- Forgot vault password: Use your recovery key or security questions; we cannot recover it
- Vault won't unlock: Ensure caps lock is off; passwords are case-sensitive
- Recovery setup: Go to Vault settings to add recovery options
Connections
- Invite not received: Ask your connection to check their spam folder or resend
- Remove connection: Go to Connections and select "Disconnect"
- Access issues: Verify the sharing session hasn't expired (30-minute limit)
